MedEarly Healthcare Ltd, owner of this website, takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. This privacy statement describes what data we process, what we do with that data and why we process it.

This privacy and cookie statement was last changed on: December 20th 2023.

MedEarly Healthcare Ltd imports, distributes and sells medical solutions for skin problems, woundcare, and products for use by footcare professionals. We supply various brands that are under our responsibility. This privacy and cookie statement therefore applies not only to our own website and services, but also to the websites and services of our brands .

Your privacy is of great importance to MedEarly Healthcare Ltd. We therefore adhere to the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter: GDPR). This means that we:

  • Clearly record our purposes before we process your personal data. We do this via this privacy and cookie statement.
  • Store as little personal data as possible and only the data necessary for our legitimate purposes.
  • Request explicit permission for the processing of your personal data, if permission is required.
  • Take necessary security measures to protect your personal information. We also impose these obligations on parties that process personal data for us.
  • Respect your rights, such as the right to inspect, correct or delete your personal data processed by us.

For what purposes do we use your personal data?

In this privacy and cookie statement we explain what we do with information we learn about you at the below-mentioned services and web pages of MedEarly Healthcare Ltd and its brands. By using one of our services, we obtain various personal data from you. For each service we indicate which personal data we obtain from you, for what purpose this is done, what legal basis we have for this and how long we keep the data. If you have any questions, or would like to know exactly what information we hold about you, please contact us using the details at the bottom of this statement.

CONTACT, INFORMATION, QUOTATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

When you send us an e-mail, send us a completed contact form (such as to request more information, a quote or with a question or complaint), call our customer service or contact us in any other way, you agree to our offer to contact us. We will use such messages containing your name, email address, telephone number and the content of your message (which may include business information if you are contacting us for a business purpose) to respond to your request or question. We keep your data for as long as we consider this necessary for this contact.

reCAPTCHA

We use reCAPTCHA to prevent misuse of our contact forms by sending spam. Indicating that you are not a robot checks:

  • how quickly the form is completed;
  • which mouse movements are made while completing the form;
  • what is the IP address of the person completing the form.

This data is analyzed by Google LLC. Google determines whether they are dealing with a legitimate visitor or a bot. A real visitor then only has to click on a check mark, which confirms that he or she is not a robot. The message can then be sent to the recipient via the form. For more information, please refer to Google’s privacy policy .

DELIVERY & SERVICES VIA THE WEBSHOP

We supply products that you can order directly, without a prescription, via our web shop. These products do not require the intervention of your doctor or nurse specialist. It is also possible to request a free sample. In order to deliver the desired products to you and to execute the agreement with you, we use your (company) name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. Our delivery partner will then deliver the products to your home for free. It is also possible to create an account on these websites. This allows you to checkout faster, view and manage your personal data and track orders, among other things. We will store this information until you cancel your account, with the exception of your billing information (see below).

When you pay, we may receive information about your payment from your bank or credit card company, which we pass on to our payment partners. We keep your invoice data for seven years, and in some cases 10 years, in the context of the legal tax retention obligation.

NEWSLETTER

If you want to stay informed of new developments, special products, events and offers, you can subscribe to our newsletter, for example when you request a free sample or when you order a product in one of our web shops. We register your gender, name and email address for this purpose. With every newsletter you receive, it is possible to unsubscribe via a link in the email.

EVENTS

We can regularly be found at events. If you are interested in our products or services, you can leave your name and contact details with us and complete a questionnaire. We will contact you next to discuss our products or services or to provide the requested information. We keep this data for as long as we consider it necessary for this purpose.

APPLY

Have you responded to one of our vacancies or have you submitted an open application? We then process your personal data in order to process your application and in preparation for possibly concluding an employment contract. We use your salutation, name, contact and address details for this purpose. Additionally, we can process your date and country of birth, CV, motivation letter, salary indication, availability, a Certificate of Good Conduct and any references.

We keep your application data for a maximum of six weeks after the position has been filled. We store this information so that we can contact you if the position becomes available again during the probationary period. If we cannot offer you a position at this time, we may – with your permission – retain the application data for another year. You can withdraw your consent at any time by sending us an email. If you come to work for us, we will store your application data in your personnel file. This file will be kept for as long as necessary and with regard to the application data for a maximum of two years after commencement of employment.

REVIEWS

If you have purchased a product in one of our web shops, we may ask you to write a review about the products you have purchased. This allows us to conduct research into satisfaction with our products and helps other customers with their choice. We use your name, review and email address for this.

PROFILING AND PERSONALIZED ADVERTISING

We may collect and analyze data about you when you visit our websites and combine this (only on the basis of your prior consent) with your customer data so that we can compile a customer profile. We divide these customer profiles into a number of categories to analyze your interests and further personalize your offer in this way, including by showing personalized advertisements. We do this via Google Ads and various social media channels, such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. For more information about how and the retention periods, see the cookie table below. In this way we make our offer even more interesting for you! You can always withdraw your consent or object to this by contacting us via the contact details at the bottom of this page.
